30-Day Return Window

We want you to be confident in the security devices you purchase. If a device is not working out, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

• The device must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, and documentation included
• The device must not show signs of physical damage, configuration changes, or firmware modification
• Custom-configured or special-order devices are not eligible for return unless defective
• Devices marked as final sale at time of purchase are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@cyberplumsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions
3. Pack the device securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the Bitcoin address you send us, in the BTC equivalent of the original purchase amount at the time of refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned device. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective device.

Defective Devices

If a device arrives defective or fails shortly after delivery, contact us immediately. Defective devices may be eligible for a full replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, and most hardware is also covered under the original manufacturer warranty.
