These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyber Plum Solutions website and your purchase of cybersecurity devices and services from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, if a device is unavailable, pricing was listed in error, or fraud is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via Bitcoin only at this time. The BTC amount displayed at checkout is calculated using live exchange rates at the time of order and must be paid in full within the payment window shown. Orders not paid within the window may be cancelled.

3. Shipping

Devices are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for devices pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and details.

4. Returns & Warranty

Devices may be returned under the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Hardware is also covered by the original manufacturer warranty where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

Devices and services purchased from Cyber Plum Solutions are intended for lawful business security purposes only. You agree not to use any device or service to violate applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or compromise systems you are not authorized to access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Plum Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased devices or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
